I will talk about how I form ideas from drawing, patterns, my environment, and the process of making itself. Basic pattern making and the use of these patterns will start of the general information on slab construction moving into more complex combination of patterned pieces joined with slabs shaped over simple bisque molds. These hand build sections will then be combined with thrown and altered pieces.
